Our session speakers have been called to champion women into Kingdom OVERFLOW on the national, regional, and local levels. They’re passionate about developing healthy, vibrant, and authentic communities in which all women are encouraged and released into their full calling and purpose as extravagantly loved daughters, who embrace their true identity and endless resources; fully equipped and empowered in welcoming Heaven to Earth within each of their respective roles.

Melanie Forsythe-Lee

Melanie Forsythe-Lee is the Lead Pastor of LIFE Vineyard Church, a vibrant faith community in the heart of Columbus, Ohio. She came to faith in the post-Christian landscape of Australia. There, Melanie was a youth pastor for many years before moving to America alongside her now late husband and co-founder of LIFE Vineyard. She is unapologetically in love with the Gospel, and full of hope and vision for the future of the local church. Melanie leads the Women’s Association for Vineyard USA which is committed to actualizing the full potential of every woman leader in the local church through connection, support, development, and advocacy. She is married to Andrew, and a mother to three young adults.

Regina Harrington serves in higher education administration, managing special projects for a Big 10 university. She holds a master’s degree in counseling and initially worked in psychiatric and addiction treatment programs. Regina is passionate about unity, justice, diplomacy, and missions work. She has a heart for serving families and communities impacted by HIV/AIDS in rural and suburban East and South Africa, where she is endearingly referred to as “momma pastor”. At her core, Regina naturally helps people discover root causes to bring revelation and renewing of the mind. She has a discerning, prophetic voice and apostolic gifting.  Regina is a pastor’s wife and a mother to two sets of boy-girl twins. Alongside her husband, she currently volunteers as an Area Leader within the Great Lakes Region of Vineyard USA, where she seeks to advocate for thriving churches and inter church unity.

Heidi Clippard is the Director of Overflow at Vineyard Northwest, a vibrant community welcoming Heaven to Earth  in Cincinnati, Ohio.  Originally from California, she carries a Kingdom-focused, visionary mindset, and leans into her creative apostolic mandate for God’s call to equip, empower, and encourage others.  She excels at motivating women to discover their God-given identities. Heidi’s compassionate nature, combined with her joy-filled presence make her an approachable, respected leader in her community. Serving others where the Holy Spirit leads ignites her heart, and has included the role of University Adjunct Professor, Certified Coach, and an OT Consultant along with owning a small private practice for families experiencing sensory challenges, Director in VNW children’s ministry, and Founder of DUST.  Her greatest passion is  being a loving wife and discipling three brilliant, Kingdom-oriented children.
