The Barnabas Coach Training course began training coaches to serve at Vineyard Northwest in 2014. It is designed for those who are seeking to make a kingdom impact by developing skills that enable you to come alongside others in a way that helps them create and reach goals in any and all spheres of life by advancing Jesus mission by Holy Spirit empowerment.

Both tracks teach the skills that will last a lifetime and equip you for ministry, leadership and interpersonal relationships.

The course is being offered in two tracks in the fall.  Track One is a 10 week classroom experience and Track Two is a more hands on, practice-heavy track that includes the classroom as well as being coached for 6 sessions and a 6 session practicum coaching experience. Track 2 is required to move into coach certification with Vineyard Northwest.
