We want to come alongside you when facing huge, life-changing events.

We know that life can be unpredictable, and we want to come alongside you in support through Vineyard Care. The Vineyard Care team are the members of our church dedicated to bringing God’s love and support to those who are facing life events like:

  • Emergencies (sudden illness/hospitalization/deaths/house fires/accidents, etc.); 

  • Death-in-the-family support (reception for family and close friends and other ways to help meet bereavement needs)

  • Home/Nursing Home visits for shut-ins

  • Meal Trains (new babies/death/hospitalizations, etc.)
